Christian Zebley is the Founder and Executive Director of Global Leadership Dynamics. He is ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Along with leading Global Leadership Dynamics, Christian is a trained church planter with City to City Asia in Tokyo in partnership with Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City. Currently, he is preparing to launch Redeemer Roppongi in the popular nightlife district of metro Tokyo.
Christian has served as a pastor, missionary, executive level leader in a national Christian organization, leadership coach, citywide prayer organizer and a film producer. He is passionate about empowering leaders in the Church and many contexts and industries.
Through leadership assessment and coaching, he works to encourage and empower leaders to serve in their calling and strengths. He has a wide network of contacts with leaders in many spheres of influence. In GLD teams high capacity leaders are recruited to work in collaboration to impact communities and cities through leadership training and evangelism projects. Since 2011, GLD teams have served in Tenali, India, South Sudan, Charleston, South Carolina, Tokyo and Fukushima, Japan.
Christian believes each leader has been given a unique design for leadership (background, personality, gifting and passion) and a specific sphere of influence (or calling or area of expertise) in which they can leverage their abilities to make an impact on colleagues, communities and even nations. Through better self-awareness, coaching and empowerment, any leader can make a positive impact on their industry. Christian is passionate about helping leaders from all walks of life move in this direction.
He is a graduate of Swarthmore College BA in Economics, Princeton Theological Seminary MDiv, and currently working on a Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership. You may reach him at firstname.lastname@example.org
